About Idit

A path shaped by curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing is always possible.

My path into healing work wasn't a straight line — it was more like a winding trail through a forest, guided as much by what I didn't know as by what I did.

For years, I searched for something I couldn't quite name: a way of being in the world that felt more true, more connected, more whole. That search led me through many doorways.

I studied psychology because I was fascinated by the inner lives of people — the stories we tell ourselves, the patterns we carry, the quiet ways we protect ourselves from pain. But it was my own healing journey that transformed intellectual curiosity into something much deeper: a lived understanding that real change happens not when we fight against ourselves, but when we turn toward ourselves with compassion.

I trained in Internal Family Systems because IFS resonated with something I'd always sensed — that we are beautifully complex beings, carrying many parts and many stories. The Tamura Method called to me because I believe the body holds wisdom that the mind alone cannot access. And my contemplative practice reminds me daily that beneath all our doing and striving, there is a vast stillness available to each of us.

Today, I bring all of these threads together in my work with clients. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead, I listen deeply — to your words, your body, your silences — and together we find the path that honors your unique journey toward wholeness.

My Philosophy

Wholeness, Not Perfection

I believe you are already whole — not broken, not in need of fixing. The pain, anxiety, or stuckness you experience isn't a sign that something is wrong with you. It's often the voice of a part that's been carrying too much for too long. Our work together is about unburdening, not about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to who you already are.

The Body Knows

Your body carries the story of your life in its cells, its tension, its breath. I integrate somatic awareness into all my work because some truths live below the level of language. When we listen to the body's wisdom, healing can reach places that words alone cannot touch.

Compassion as the Foundation

Everything I do rests on a foundation of unconditional compassion — for you, for all of your parts, for the full range of your human experience. In our work together, there is nothing you need to hide, no feeling too big or too small, no story too dark. You will be met exactly where you are, with warmth and without judgment.

The Sacred Ordinary

I believe that healing and growth don't always look dramatic. Sometimes transformation happens in the quiet moments: a breath that goes a little deeper, a pause before an old reaction, a softening in the chest. I honor the sacred in the ordinary and trust the gradual unfolding of your process.
