Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy that recognizes the natural multiplicity of the mind. We all carry different "parts" — some that protect us, some that carry pain, and a core Self that holds innate wisdom, compassion, and calm.
In our sessions together, you'll learn to recognize and understand your inner system with curiosity rather than judgment. By gently connecting with the parts of you that may feel wounded, fearful, or stuck, we create space for deep healing to unfold naturally.
IFS is particularly effective for those working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns, and inner conflict. There is no need to relive painful memories — instead, we work with the parts that carry those burdens, helping them release what no longer serves you.
This may be for you if:
- Those experiencing anxiety, depression, or inner conflict
- People working through past trauma at their own pace
- Anyone seeking deeper self-understanding and self-compassion
- Those who feel pulled in different directions by competing inner voices
What a session looks like
Sessions are gentle and collaborative. We begin by checking in with how you're feeling, then follow the natural wisdom of your inner system. You remain in control throughout, guided by your own curiosity and readiness.
